JOB DETAIL

• Manage good relationship with key regulators.
• Prompt identification of applicable laws and regulations, impact assessment and implementation of appropriate controls
• Oversee execution of compliance program
• Support and work in collaboration with HO / Regional Department
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the appropriate governance forum
• Develop and implement appropriate compliance trainings for all employees
• Oversee identification, assessment and management / remediation of key compliance risks / issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law, Finance or other related fields.
• 8 years in Banking, Compliance, Lawyer, Risk Management or related fields.
• Excellent in English Communication.
