JOB DETAIL

- Assist in project management activities and support the execution of renewable energy projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant external parties, including government agencies, project sponsors/shareholders, lenders, and contractors.
- Support the lead in managing project execution by facilitating communication and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in contract negotiation and review processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Help manage contracts and control budgets, providing updates and reports on financial performance.
- Support Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) management activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for working committee meetings and project updates.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related fields. (GPA 3.0+)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project development.
- Experience in renewable energy would be an advantage.
- Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements.
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, and strong contractual knowledge.
- Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
