JOB DETAIL

• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with top management and generate sales targets.
• Approach new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle technical presentations, product demonstrations, and closing of sales.
• Manage administrative procedures throughout the sales process and support project management activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards for quality, occupational health, and environmental management.
• Take responsibility for other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
• Male, age: 30-50 years old
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering preferred
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in construction marketing
o Proven experience as a salesperson within the general construction industry or industrial park
o Solid connections with land developers, manufacturing companies, logistics companies, and industrial parks
o Stable job history (limited job-hopping)
• Other:
o Valid driving license
Necessary Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience in marketing or sales within the construction field, particularly with general construction companies or industrial parks
• Established network and connections in relevant sectors, including land development and logistics
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• English proficiency (conversational level in both speaking and writing)
• Experience working in the construction business
• Background with Japanese companies
• Willingness and ability to work in Chonburi, Amata area
