For Fiber Optic
Primary responsibilities will include handling customer complaints, monitoring supplier processes, conducting outgoing inspections by sampling, and coordinating projects between suppliers and customers. This position requires frequent travel to supplier factories in Southeast Asia

Responsibilities:
- Assisting and Review and follow up CAR filed to suppliers
- Support suppliers to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct outgoing inspections by sampling finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Perform regular audits of suppliers' quality systems and provide feedback for improvement.
- Identify areas for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product development and manufacturing processes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Welcome new graduates for the position of Assistant Quality Engineer.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC score 750 up)
- knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier factories
