• Plan, control, and follow up on the operation of supervisors, leaders, staff, and inspectors to ensure compliance with quality and environmental management systems, company policies, and customer requirements (quality and environmental targets).
• Advise, consider, and solve problems while coordinating with all related internal and external departments.
• Plan and control the quality and environmental management systems, including product quality inspection, to ensure that products meet required standards.
• Improve the quality and environmental management systems as needed.
• Support operations in accordance with quality and environmental management systems.
• Handle customer and supplier complaints and claims, supporting problem-solving actions.
• Exercise authority to stop production lines if major quality issues arise.
• Join the manager's assigned activities.
• Train and supervise all QA members.
• Negotiate with customers on any quality-related issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor degree or Higher vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field (minimum requirement).
• Knowledge of SPC,PCBA, ISO Systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14001 and Electric Parts.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods for control, quality control, MSA, 8D reports, and 5Why analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, quality control, or quality assurance in manufacturing, or at least 7 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance for electronics.
• Intermediate level of English
