REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields
-At least 5 years of experience in an industrial factory
-Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Knowledge of ISO 9001/2015 standards
