Responsibilities:
1.People management with EE team
1.1. People resource planning for engineer and technician.
1.2. People skill improvement through internal training, coaching or external training.
1.3. Equipment KPI management, KPI breakdown to team members.
1.4. Equipment technician monthly performance review and evaluation.

2.Equipment maintain and management.
2.1. New equipment acceptance check.
2.2. Make maintenance plan for assembly equipment's. (automation and semi-automation)
2.3. MRO (Maintenance, Repair &Operations) parts planning and storage management.
2.4. Document preparation for equipment maintenance, operation or repaired.
2.5. Complete the files of BIQS and Q1 modules independently.
2.6. Be owner of internal and external audit improvement regarding equipment topics.

3.NPI new project equipment evaluation and introduction
3.1. Assist to complete new project equipment evaluation (DFM review) and import.
3.2. New equipment problem solving and tracking KPI.

4.Mass production project equipment maintenance and problem improvement, efficiency optimization

4.1. Mass production project equipment maintenance and equipment KPI monitoring
4.2. Mass production project equipment optimization, improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
4.3. Mass production project equipment transformation and reuse.

5.Automated project import

5.1. Automatic project equipment evaluation and import.
5.2. Mass production automation project maintenance.

3）Familiar with industry specifications, systems, documents and requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience
At least 5 years' experience in assembly equipment in automotive industry.
Automation equipment management experience is must
At least 3 years team management experience.
Previous foreign company working experience is plus.

Knowledge
1. Familiar with the assembly section equipment such as ultrasonic welding machine, laser welding, tin wire soldering machine; Lock screw machine, injection molding and other common equipment.
2. Familiar with assembly process and production process, strong hands-on ability, problem analysis and solution ability, with certain organization and coordination ability.
3. Have certain knowledge of automation line body.
4. Lean production knowledge.
