JOB DETAIL

- Manage and supervise the Engineering Department (3 Sub), including daily operations, manpower allocation, and performance control
- Control, maintain, and manage measurement instruments and calibration equipment to ensure compliance with quality and ISO standards
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance for machines, jigs, and production equipment to minimize downtime
- Control and manage engineering and process documentation for EL-Box (PCP) assembly processes
- Design and develop inspection systems, including hardware and software programs, for new EL-Box models to meet quality and production requirements
- Support new model introduction (NPI)
- Analyze machine and process issues

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, PLC, Database, and VBA programs
- Proficient in basic computer applications, with strong skills in Microsoft Office
- At least 3–5 years of experience in engineering work
- At least 3–5 years of experience in inspection program development or operation
- At least 3–5 years of experience with function checker machines/equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
