【Main Duty】
・Consulting services related to research, strategy planning, new business planning, and implementation support related to solving social issues using innovation.

【Job Description】
・Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze customer and market data to identify business problems and areas for improvement.
・Report Creation: Based on the collected and analyzed data, create reports and presentation materials to report to internal stakeholders or customers.
・Project Management Support: Support the progress management and coordination of projects under the guidance of senior analysts or project managers.
・Market Research: Conduct industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs research to support the discovery of new business opportunities.
・Business Process Improvement Suggestions: Propose efficiency enhancements and cost reduction through the analysis of business processes.
・System Implementation & Improvement Support: Handle requirement definition, testing, and user support in IT system implementation or improvement projects.
・Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.

【Industrials Strategy & Transformation Group】
Research, strategic planning, new business planning, overseas expansion support in Southeast Asia, M&A support, implementation support for various strategies, and consulting services related to improvement of manufacturing sites and introduction of solutions (SCM, etc.) for the manufacturing industry (electronics, parts, materials, etc.) - Proposal sales for the above consulting projects

One project consists of a team of 3 to 5 people.

The basics are WFH 100％
But if you have a client appointment, you need to visit the client.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree （GPA 3.0 UP）
・Male or Female
・Age between 25 - 30 years old　（Can apply New Graduates）
・Upper Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700 or equivalent.）
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese（N2 UP）
※Can apply without consulting experience

【Advantage】
・Have experience in improving manufacturing sites and implementing and operating solutions such as SCM at a business company
・Have experience in sales and customer development within the ASEAN region
・Person who has experience in management planning, business planning, or similar work experience
・Those who are interested in consulting and research
・Those who have experience working in overseas expansion at a Japanese company or public organization.
・Planning ability, presentation ability
・PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
・Survey and research skills related to related industries
・Project management and communication skills
・Expertise in the relevant field (preferably)
