■Overview:
You will handle the full cycle of startup investment and M&A — from relationship
building and deal sourcing through to post-deal monitoring and support.
* Final and complex decisions are made in collaboration with the Managing Directors of the Singapore and Thailand offices.

■Details
- Sales and relationship building with VCs (Venture Capital), fund companies,
and related organizations
- Loan screening for startups (financial analysis, market analysis, etc.)
- Post-disbursement monitoring of loan portfolios
- Coordination with accounting firms and law firms for M&A transactions
- Preparation of investment/lending proposals and presentations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・5+ experience in finance operations, M&A, or equivalent fields
・Ability to read and analyze financial statements with strong judgment in finance screening
・Ability to collect necessary information and deliver presentations
・English: Upper-Intermediate level or above

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Sales Experience in related field
・Ever involved Investment/M&A of start-ups

■Optional
・Japanese Upper Intermediate(N2-N1)
