Job Title: Assistant Manager (PL7-8) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกจัดซื้อคุณภาพ
Department: Purchasing Quality
Number of Subordinate: 2 (Engineer & Quality Assistant Supervisor)
Report Directly to Purchasing Quality Department Manager

Job Scope:
Plan, decide, manage the subordinators to take care production preparation plan of suppliers to meet the requirements and achieve the targets of company. Report to superiors and managers. And promote, advise, and motivate the subordinators to drive the perchsing activities, including improvement the quality of supplier processes after that to successfully comply with group company's requirements.
วางแผน ตัดสินใจ จัดการให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาดูแลแผนการเตรียมการผลิตของซัพพลายเออร์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเป้าหมายของกลุ่มบริษัท ฯ รายงานไปยังผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้บริหาร และส่งเสริม ให้คำแนะนำ สร้างแรงจูงใจให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมภายใน รวมทั้งพัฒนาคุณภาพของกระบวนการซัพพลายเออร์หลังจากนั้น ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกลุ่มบริษัท ฯ ได้อย่างสำเร็จลุล่วง

Key Responsibilities & Activities:
1. Establish section targets and follow up progress (20%)
การจัดตั้งเป้าหมายแผนกและติดตามความคืบหน้า (20%)
1.1 Establish section targets, schedule and activity of the department by deploying from targets and division's policy. กำหนดเป้าหมาย, ระยะเวลาและกิจกรรมแผนกโดยปรับใช้จากเป้าหมายของส่วนและนโยบายของฝ่าย
1.2 Support team activities to achieve success rate according to plans, timelines, and targets.
สนับสนุนกิจกรรมของทีมเพื่อให้สำเร็จได้ตามแผนงาน, ระยะเวลา และเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
1.3 Follow up progress of team activities for milestone update and determine appropriate measures.
ติดตามความคืบหน้ากิจกรรมของทีมเพื่ออัพเดตความคืบหน้า
1.4 Report to superiors and upper managers.
รายงานผลให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้จัดการระดับถัดไป

2. Support of Supplier’s new project preparation of Purchasing Quality Team (30%)
(Rubber & Plastic Press, Injection/Metal Forming i.e. Press, Cutting/Special parts/Electronics/Bearing)
สนับสนุนการเตรียมการผลิตโครงการใหม่ของซัพพลายเออร์กลุ่มคุณภาพจัดซื้อ
2.1 Support team for Drive and Evaluation & Control production preparation plan of suppliers to meet with
the company's Supplier Part Tracking Team's requirement.
สนับสนุนทีมงาน เพื่อขับเคลื่อน ประเมิน และควบคุมแผนการเตรียมการผลิตของซัพพลายเออร์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ Supplier Part Tracking Team
Supplier Part Tracking Team 0: QMS audit, Compliance company's requirement. ตรวจติดตาม QMS, ข้อกำหนดของบรอษัท ฯ
Supplier Part Tracking Team 1: SE activity, Confirmation of prototype results. กิจกรรม SE, ยืนยันผลลัพธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ
Supplier Part Tracking Team 2: Process design confirmation. ยืนยันการออกแบบกระบวนการ
Supplier Part Tracking Team 3: Production process preparation OTOP complete confirmation. ยืนยันความพร้อมการเตรียมกระบวนการผลิตแบบ OTOP
Supplier Part Tracking Team 4: SOP readiness confirmation. ยืนยันความพร้อมเริ่มผลิต
Supplier Part Tracking Team 5: Initial Launch Control setting and agreement. กำหนดและตกลง Initial Launch control
2.2 Meet and report the result by occasion. เข้าร่วมการประชุมและรายงานผลการดำเนินการตามโอกาส

3. Manage milestone progressive of Purchasing Quality's new project (PV activities) (20%)
การจัดการความคืบหน้าของโครงการใหม่แผนกคุณภาพจัดซื้อ (กิจกรรม PV) (20%)
3.1 Follow up progressive of new project production preparation and countermeasure of issued item of suppliers.
ติดตามความคืบหน้าของการเตรียมการผลิตโครงการใหม่และการมาตรการตอบโต้ หรือหัวข้อที่เกิดขึ้นของซัพพลายเออร์
3.2 Check and suggest to conclusion result of Supplier Part Tracking Team Activity of supplier for report in meeting i.e. PV meeting, Weekly/Monthly. ตรวจสอบและแนะนำการสรุปผลการทำกิจกรรม Supplier Part Tracking Team ของซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อรายงานในที่ประชุม เช่น ประชุม PV ประจำสัปดาห์/ประจำเดือน
3.3 Report progressive of suppliers’ new project in Monthly รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการใหม่ของซัพพลายเออร์ประจำเดือน

4. Support and monitoring for Mass production of suppliers (20%)
สนับสนุนและเฝ้าติดตามสถานะการผลิตของซัพพลายเออร์ (20%)
4.1 Monitor the evaluation of suppliers’ quality performance. ติดตามผลประเมินประสิทธิภาพด้านคุณภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
4.2 Support and promote the quality improvement activity of supplier. สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
คุณภาพให้กับซัพพลายเออร์
4.3 Support suppliers to solve any problems. สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาของซัพพลายเออร์ในทีม

5. Advise, motivate and develop the subordinators (10%)
ให้คำแนะนำ, สร้างแรงจูงใจและพัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา (10%)
5.1 Support and give advice to subordinators. ช่วยเหลือ ให้คำปรึกษา แก่ผู้ใต้บังคับชา
5.2 Promote positive motivation for section members. สร้างเสริมแรงจูงใจทางบวกให้พนักงานในแผนก
5.3 Coach and develop personnel in section for career growth according to career path of the company.
สอนงาน และพัฒนาบุคคลากรในแผนก ให้สามารถเติบโตในสายงานได้

4) การปฏิบัติตามระบบคุณภาพ และระบบมาตรฐาน (Quality System and Standard): ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 32-37 years old.
2. Bechelor's degree in engineering related field
3. At least 8 years of experience in Production Controlling field i.e. Part Quality Assurance Response, Customer's Claim, In-house Problem, Quality Report, Supplier’s Quality Problem Follow-Up & Audit Process, etc. from automotive industry.
4. At least 2 years in management level with experience supervising subordinates.
5. Familair with ISO9001 and IATF16949.
6. Intermediate level of English.
7. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar).
