- Research and develop new products based on customer requirements and automotive industry trends.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate product testing and validation processes.
- Optimize and refine development processes to meet customer specifications and standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements.
- Utilize CAD software for product design and improvement.
- Conduct performance analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, quality assurance, and procurement.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the automotive industry and emerging technologies.
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions to align with market demands.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
- At least 1 year as in 'R&D' or 'New Product Development' from automotive business.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, such as Injection Molding, Stamping, or Assembly.
- Intermediate of English.
- Able to work on 1 Saturday per month
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
