- Training Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for salon staff on the use of our hair products, including hands-on demonstrations and theoretical knowledge.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, to enhance the skills and knowledge of salon professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in hair care products and techniques to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
-Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align training efforts with product launches and promotional activities.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to salon owners and technicians to help them maximize the use of our products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (age between 30-45 years old )
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in hair care and salon training.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field. Skills:
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using digital tools for online training sessions.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of hair products, techniques, and industry standards.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various salon locations for onsite training as needed.
- Good command in English (at least intermediate level)
