JOB DETAIL

- Plan and develop the organization’s internal quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards through regular audits and assessments.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions related to the quality management system
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Support continual improvement initiatives and promote quality culture within the organization.
- Liaise with external organizations on matters related to the quality management system.
- Prepare reports, audit findings, and management review documents.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification or training in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience in ISO management systems. If in the Logistics industry would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Can communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
