-Develop effective sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.
-Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
-Understanding business challenges and objectives and presenting solutions that align with an organization’s needs and priorities.
-Building strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and maintaining regular communication.
-Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the company and the client.
-Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
-Managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
-Monitoring sales metrics, tracking progress against targets, and generating reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male / Female, age 30-40 years old
-Bachelor's degree or above.
-At least 5 years of experiences in Sales IT Industry.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets by selling to Japanese companies and manufacturing will be advantage
-Have experience in B2B and IT firms
-Good command in English
-Able to visit customers at industrial area such as Chonburi, Rayong, Korat
