JOB DETAIL

The Sales Engineer plays a key role as a bridge between customers and the engineering/marketing teams. This position is responsible for sales, providing technical consultation, and delivering after-sales support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both hardware and software products, be able to clearly explain solutions to clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver the most suitable system or solution for customer needs.

Sales Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, schedule appointments, and conduct on-site visits
- Present integrated solutions, including software control systems (BMS, PMS, EnMS) and electrical devices compatible with software programs (sensors, controllers, IoT devices, PLCs, etc.)
- Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare quotations and contract documents, and close sales deals
- Monitor and track sales performance to achieve company targets
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to design solutions and plan promotional activities
- Analyze competitors and market trends to strengthen product positioning

After-Sales Support:
- Provide guidance on installation, usage, and connecting devices to software systems
- Coordinate with Support/Engineering teams to resolve issues promptly
- Follow up on customer usage to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Compile reports on customer feedback, issues, and additional requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in electrical or engineering field.
- New graduate - 2 years of experience in electrical equipment sales or the electrical industry can apply.
- Solid understanding of electrical, electronic, and computer systems with the ability to clearly explain software solutions to clients.
- Good at communication, negotiation skill and focusing to build relationship with new clients.
- Excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and can analyze customer needs
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Has own car and valid driving license and willingness to work overtime or respond to urgent customer needs
- Good command in English.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently
