【お仕事内容】
・ワイヤーハーネス等の自動車部品を販売されている企業様にて、Sales Deputy Managerとしてタイ市場だけではなく、ベトナム等のASEAN市場全体を担当していただくこととなります
・コスト管理、値段設定、営業計画作成等
・工場やお客様との交渉業務
・お客様先への訪問活動（関係維持、構築）
・営業メンバーの管理
・営業レポートの作成および日本本社への報告業務
・各種改善・改革の検討・実施
・顧客の与信管理
・ゼネラルマネージャーの指示の下、さまざまなタスクの補助とサポート
- 通訳（タイ語-英語、タイ語-日本語、英語-日本語）
- その他アサインされた業務


- Management for ASEAN market (Main: Thai, Vietnam) at Sales department.
- Create sales price draft & price detailed statement for assembled products with cost planning.
- Negotiate and coordinate with customers and factories regarding QCD.
- Building relationships with customers: Visit customers on a regular basis.
- Manage the work of subordinates.
- Report to Japan Headquarter
- Making sales report to Japan
- Consideration and implementation of various improvements and reforms.
- Credit management for customers.
- Assistance & support for various tasks under General Manager’s direction.
- Interpretation (Thai-English, Thai-Japanese, English -Japanese)
- Others as assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・大卒
・営業経験５年以上
・タイ国内での就業経験
・輸出入関する知識をお持ちであること
・コスト計算に関する業務経験
・英語：ビジネスレベル
・タイ語：日常会話レベル

- Bachelor degree or above in related field
- Work Experience : More than 5 years
- Worked at Japanese company in Thailand (a must)
- Well experiences for Export/Import (a must)
- Experienced in manufacturer’s sales staff (a must)
- Cost planning and calculation abilities (a must)
- Experienced in creating quotation details for assembled products
- Language: English (TOEIC 600 over), Business level (a must)
- Thai language – Level of communication with national Thai staff (a must)
- Typing : Standard level
- Computer skill : Microsoft Office (word/excel, Outlook, Power point, Office 365, etc.)
