- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure alignment of the team with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, age 35-44 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as General Manager, Marketing Director, Chief marketing officer (CMO) Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- Proven experience working within marketing, advertising agencies, or digital agencies is essential.
- Strong background in managing teams of 30+ people and leading organizational growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business success.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and make informed decisions to ensure company profitability.
