JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our company as an Assistant Director. As the Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director to share the workload and ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the company.
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and provide analytical support to aid in decision-making processes.
- Manage and supervise various departments, teams, or projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to foster positive relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for the Managing Director, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions.
- Assist in budget planning and financial management, including expense monitoring and cost control measures.
- Help develop and implement strategies for employee development, performance evaluation, and talent retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, providing recommendations to the Managing Director as necessary.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
- A proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving organizational success.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry (but not limited to).
- Extensive experience in managing Back Office operations, including HR, Accounting, Finance, and Warehouse Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A good command of English is a must
