Manage sales performance of each branch to achieve company targets.

Develop area sales strategies in collaboration with management to drive sales and increase market share.

Supervise branch managers and sales teams to ensure alignment with company policies.

Analyze sales data and operational performance to propose corrective actions when targets are not met.

Conduct regular branch visits to ensure quality of customer service and operational compliance.

Control costs and manage branch budgets effectively.

Train, develop, and evaluate team members within assigned areas.

Manage staff scheduling and manpower allocation to match workload demands.

Act as a communication bridge between the head office and branches under responsibility.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering field only)

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or multi-branch supervision.

Strong understanding of store operations, people management, and budget control.

Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

Flexible to travel to branches within assigned areas.

Experience in retail, convenience store, or franchise business is a plus.
