JOB DETAIL

1. Manage key account portfolio of Bankable Growth customer in PE film segment and Specialty film
2. Deliver sales and profit to reach the target or above
3. Accurate Sales Forecast by communicate closely with customer and supply chain
4. Develop, manage and communicate to execution projects with customer
5. Understanding of customer needs , Maintain good relationship with customers , Regular customer visits,
6. Monthly reviews, Quarterly business and Quality reviews
7. Customers and Market Analysis , Identify to point out opportunities or if business is at risk
8. Work with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure account demand accuracy by monitoring and analyzing data

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Polymer Engineering, or other related fields
- Experience in sales B2B
- Experience in sales of consumer goods will be an advantage
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Service-minded attitude
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Good English communication skills (prefer Toeic 700+ )
- Own vehicle and driver's license required
