JOB DETAIL
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee data, including personnel records, performance evaluations, and training programs
• Coordinate with management to develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including labor disputes and employee grievances
• Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits package
• Perform data analysis to support compensation strategies and employee retention initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Any gender (age between 35-45 years old)
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar service-oriented business would be an advantage
