JOB DETAIL

- IT Support relates works.
- Install, configure and maintain IT devices and equipment (hardware and software), network hubs, and security systems.
- Manage and control Bangkok Network, PCs, Tel Communication, PABX and IT Device.
- Ensure all programs have the necessary licenses and contract renewals which comply with the policy.
- Support users on problems/issues related to computer errors, email, network, printers, and other IT devices.
- Coordinate with the head office, suppliers, service providers, vendors for inquiries and maintenance.
- Support administrative work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-40 years old
- bachelor’s degree in IT or any field
- At least 5 years in IT Support
- Communication skill level.
