【Background】
Hiring a Consultant for Digital Transformation Team.
This position is to contribute to the Digital Transformation Team inside our Thailand Consulting Practice.
In this role, you will not be responsible for implementing digital systems, but rather for providing expert-level consulting on digital strategy and advising executives on how to transform their organizations.
You will need to have a deep understanding of business and customer needs to develop tailored transformation plans and provide strategic guidance.

【Main Duty】
・DX promotion for the factory industry

【Job Description】
・Understanding and influencing team members using company philosophy to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
・Developing and implementing comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
・Conducting benchmarking studies and assessing the return on investment (ROI) of various digital transformation initiatives to ensure value delivery.
・Managing and nurturing relationships with business partners to facilitate successful collaboration and project outcomes.
・Leading and overseeing consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
・Providing expert-level business consulting project management, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
・Communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including C-level executives, to convey strategic insights and recommendations.
・Conducting detailed analyses of business and customer needs to develop tailored digital transformation plans.
・Advising clients on the latest digital trends and technologies to help them stay competitive in their respective markets.
・Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to digital transformation initiatives.

・Each team runs a project with 5-6 staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
・Age between 33-45 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・More than 5 years of strategy consulting work experience and DX implementation work experience
・More than 5 years of experience leading small teams including planning/structuring analytical work and facilitating team workshops
・More than 3 years of experience working at a consulting firm
・Experience working at manager level or above in a consulting firm
・Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies
（Factory,manufacturers,Logistic related）
・No job hopper

・Strong understanding of business and customer needs
・Excellent communication and presentation skills
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the
consulting project.
・Experience of about 3 accounting business process consulting projects.
・Experience of creating business process flow.
・Strong eager and self-motivation to become a Financial Management Consultant.
