- Manage the construction and improvement of each team's work processes to meet standards.
- Supervise the use of tools in each step of the work.
- Inspect the work processes after implementing the process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
- At least 2 years of experience in Process Improvement in IT industry.
- Tools : Jira, Redmine or document managements/ any related tool.
- Experience in CMMI.
- Understanding about the software development process.
- Experience in coordinate and working with many related parties in the company.
- English is in lower intermediate is ok
