Report to Japanese/Thai auditor & Thai Manager
Accounting Software: CD Organizer, ERP.
Team of 3

*All of the task will be handling together with the team members (3 staffs)
- Handle monthly report, VAT, petty cash report, exchange rate, cash flow, etc.
- Issue Invoice, WHT, Billing receipt issuing to customers.
- Input inventory, all expenses into accounting system.
- Handle VISA and work permit of Japanese staffs i.e. re-entry visa & work permit, notice 90days report, appointment date to visit immigration. (Contact/consult with lawyer)
- Prepare financial statement, make payment to shipping agents & suppliers, handle import VAT and oversea payment process.
- Prepare & calculate import of machine & spare parts cost.
- Prepare and support other accounting i.e. make payment to suppliers, petty cash and etc.)
- Control and alert for new interest rate income for investment of new deposit.
- Maintain and control Accounts Receivable files, Input and Output VAT and Payment Voucher files.
- Support payroll, bonus, overtime, personal tax, SSO, provident fund and TAX.
- Control stock & check end of month stock balance.
- Support planning zone delivery and control messengers' scheudule/tasks.
- Others as assigned by the supervisor and manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree accounting field.
- More than 3 year of experience in accounting field.
- If have CPD license is an advantage
- Familair with accounting software (If able to use CD Organizer is an advantage).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Prefer candidate who can start working immediately or less than 1 month notice.
