Report to Japanese/Thai auditor & Thai Manager
Accounting Software: CD Organizer
Team of 3

*All of the task will be handling together with the team members (3 staffs)
1. Handle monthly report, VAT, petty cash report, exchange rate, cash flow, etc.
2. Issue Invoice, WHT, Billing receipt issuing to customers.
3. Input inventory, all expenses into accounting system.
4. Handle VISA and work permit of Japanese staffs i.e. re-entry visa & work permit, notice 90days report, appointment date to visit immigration. (Contact/consult with lawyer)
5. Prepare financial statement, make payment to shipping agents & suppliers, handle import VAT and oversea payment process.
6. Prepare & calculate import of machine & spare parts cost.
7. Prepare and support other accounting i.e. make payment to suppliers, petty cash and etc.)
8. Control and alert for new interest rate income for investment of new deposit.
9. Maintain and control Accounts Receivable files, Input and Output VAT and Payment Voucher files.
10. Support payroll, bonus, overtime, personal tax, SSO, provident fund and TAX.
11. Control stock & check end of month stock balance.
12. Support planning zone delivery and control messengers' scheudule/tasks.
13. Others as assigned by the supervisor and manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 30-45 years old up.
2. Bachelor's degree accounting field.
3. More than 3 year of experience in accounting field.
4. Required CPD license and must be able to close account.
5. Familair with accounting software (If able to use CD Organizer is an advantage).
6. Intermediate level of English.
