JOB DETAIL

As a HR Section Manager you will be in charge of :

1. Labor Management
-Handling disciplinary actions and preparing warning letters
-Handling labor issues
-Coordination with the Labor Department

2.Recruitment Management
-Worker and Engineer recruitment
-Recruitment planning and interviews

3. HR Systems
-Managing KPI evaluation systems
-Managing salary tables
-Bonus calculation
-Reviewing salary increase systems

4. Payroll Knowledge
-Payroll
-Social security
-Personal income tax (PND1)

5. Human Resource Development
-Planning employee training programs
-Operating evaluation systems
-Career path planning

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, GPA 3.2+
- Intermediate level of English
- Must have 5–10 years of HR experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR leader or supervisor
- Knowledge of Thai labor law
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in handling labor unions is an advantage
- Must be good at using Microsoft Excel
