1.Sponsored discovery operation) knowledge of Lazada (Seller Center) and Shopee management system.
2. Sponsored discovery plan have knowledge and understanding of Demo and be creative in decorating the pictures within the specified period.
3. Data analysis (Knowledge of data analysis in the use of various budgets that have been set Through the advertising channels specified by Lazada and Shopee.)
4. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
5. Resolving key client issues and complaints.
6. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
7. Anticipating key account changes and improvements. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
8. Managing account team assigned to each client.
9. Strategic planning to improve client results. Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
10. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
11. Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments
dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any background Good command of English or Chinese is Plus.
2. 2 years of experience in E-Commerce industry and Sponsored Discovery.
3. Age 26-35 years old.
4. Experienced prefer from E-commerce and Online Platform.
5. Excel and Power point is a must.
6. Has experience basic knowledge of creative and strategy would be advantage and Teamwork attitude.
7. Strong communication skills and problem solver. Strong negotiation skills, commitment, integrity, and always improve for self & team development.
8. Possesses in time management skills and attention to detail.
