【Main Duty】
Looking for a high-performing Badminton Specialist who has a passion for sports and drives brand building and revenue growth with a team spirit in the sports industry.
You will be responsible for badminton-related marketing, staff training, display guidance, and planning badminton events to promote our badminton branding in Thailand

【Job Description】
・Creating badminton brand equity through the marketing and promotion activities.
・Develop and implement effective marketing planning from the point of branding, products and channel strategy, and ROI regarding badminton.
・Making an annual or monthly badminton marketing plan, consulting with VP / Marketing Manager and taking on reports related to marketing timely as requested.
・Collect information on badminton products, trends, both in-house and other companies, and conduct regular training for office and store staff.
・Use your badminton expertise, advise on how to display in retail/consignment stores.
・Plan a promotional campaign and on/off-line events of badminton to raise awareness and attract more potential customers, leading to a boosting business performance.
・Building relationship and communicating with regional marketing team, grasp information and execute global marketing directions with a team.

Reports to:VP / Marketing Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor’s degree in marketing or retail filed
・Intermediate Level of English　（TOEIC 750 UP）
・More than 5 years of industry experience in sports related fields
・More than 3 years of related experience in badminton field
・Passion for Sports and Sports products

【Advantage】
・Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
・Able to travel upcountry and overseas as necessary
・Good team player and work hard under pressure
・Good command of English Language
