- Planning, management, production control and oversee operations within the factory.

- Formulate work plans, analyze and develop production processes to be effective.
- Advise and recommend effective work processes to subordinates.
- Monitor the work progress of various departments to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 40- 50 years old
- Bachelor's - Master's degree, Faculty of Pharmacy (with a pharmacist license) or Engineering
- At least 10 - 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical factory
- Understand the requirements of ISO, GMP (medicine) and other relevant standards.
- Understand and be able to advise employees in the department and related departments to follow good practices in GMP (medicine) production.
