JOB DETAIL

・Control all production processes, make sure all comply with plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, lead time and the schedule of each production
・Planning Raw Material and organizing monthly production schedule and manpower by following company’s strategy and client’s request
・Work with QC/Maintenance team to improve quality or reduce defect rate
・Develop, Improve and solving the problems of production line
・Contact and coordinate with Japanese headquarters
・Report to Managing Director

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Male or Female, Age 38 - 45 years old
・At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing company
・Ever work as Manager level or above
・Knowledge of IATF16949, Safety, 5S.
・Japanese Intermediate level(N3-N1. Enough skill to talk with MD/Japanese HQ)
・English Intermediate level


・Knowledge about Sewing Process
・Working experience at Automotive Interior industry
*Asking to have at least 1 matching point
・Ever manage Import/Export(To manage whole manufacturing process)
