Plan, control, and oversee the production processes of steel and stainless steel cold-rolled products, such as cold-drawn wire, wire profiles, and stainless steel wire, ensuring quality, quantity, and cost targets are met.

Supervise production lines, including Drawing, Annealing, Pickling, Rolling, Skin-pass, and Packing, to ensure compliance with standards (JIS, ASTM, DIN).

Manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials, to maximize efficiency while controlling energy consumption and minimizing waste.

Analyze production issues and implement improvements using Lean Manufacturing, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, and 5S.

Coordinate production plans to align with customer orders and delivery schedules, both domestic and international.

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Promote workplace safety and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and TPM/QCC initiatives.

Prepare production reports and KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Waste, Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and present to management regularly.

Support and develop production team members to ensure skill alignment with roles, motivation, and career growth.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields.

7–10 years of experience managing production lines in steel/stainless steel/cold rolling plants.

Strong understanding of Cold Rolling, Wire Drawing, Annealing, Pickling, and Packaging processes.

Experience in team management and problem-solving using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM methodologies.

Proficient in English communication.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and reading precision measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers).

Experience with ERP/MES systems and production capacity planning is a plus.

Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills.
