• Plan, coordinate, and support activities related to strategic planning, operations, monitoring, and the establishment of suitable indicators for financial and accounting functions.
• Organize, review, amend, and improve regulations, terms, financial policies, and financial orders. Monitor and control practices to ensure efficiency and effective internal control.
• Establish a coordination center for planning, gather and coordinate efforts to support Post Investment Integration operations and compliance with financial and accounting policies, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data, and coordinate with shareholder companies regarding financial cooperation activities. Practice compliance with financial policies and support the group's reliability ranking, especially for company Group.
• Develop strategies, negotiate, and analyze relevant factors to support the company's reliability ranking.
• Plan, gather, and analyze financial data of the company to study comparisons with other companies in the industry.
• Monitor market conditions and new innovations in the financial industry through relevant analyses to provide useful information and/or insights on their impact on the company's operations to management.
• Support financial management, business planning, budgeting, accounting, procurement, and coordinate the presentation of information to the company's board for Affiliated companies. Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations, rules, and policies/standards (able to work in Bangkok).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, 33-37 years old
• Bachelor's degree or Master degree (preferred) in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field GPA 2.85 up
• At least 8 years of experience in financial planning, project loan contract management, cash flow analysis, relevant financial operations analysis, or reliability ranking.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting policies, company regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with financial statements, financial analysis, financial ratios, and financial forecasting.
• Understanding of reliability ranking processes.
• English is business level (TOEIC 700)
