Position: Accounting Staff (Process Control)
Division: Financial Management Division
Team of 15-20 members

Job Description:
1. Support Business Division for accounting consultation of existing business and new business such as Tax, Finance, Risk
Management, and accounting standard process.
2. Check and process workflows and documents as instructed i.e. sales realization, receipt, payment, charges/fees, etc.
3. Prepare and check VAT In/Out report, stock movement report, tax submission, GP report and others as required.
4. Monitor accounting and tax compliance of Business Division. Prepare, monitor and analyze monthly report.
5. Responsible for Withholding Tax (PND 54) VAT (PP.36), and Duty stamp.
6. Coordinate internally with Business Dept. person in charge, Business Dept. General Manager, and Internal Auditor.
7. Coordinate externally with Tax Authorities and External Auditor.
8. Provide data, information and documents as required by Internal/External Auditor and Tax Authorities.
9. Ensure accounts transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting any concerns/discrepancies to Supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting.
3. At least 3 years of experience as accountant (AP/AR/Withholding Tax/VAT/Tax Report) from *international trading company.
4. Familiar with SAP.
5. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC score 600 or higher is an advantage).
