JOB DETAIL

1.) Prepare and review weekly cash flow reports and other financial reports.
2.) Plan and control the accounting operations of the company and its subsidiaries to align with the financial payment policies, and prepare a timely money transfer schedule.
3.) Prepare work process documents and accounting and financial policies to establish effective internal controls.
4.) Check and record all receipts and payments accurately within the accounting period.
5.) Oversee the month-end closing process and prepare financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
6.) Prepare financial statement notes, bank reconciliation reports, and other reconciliation reports.
7.) Manage and comply with tax deadlines and financial reporting requirements.
8.) Coordinate and control the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
9.) Utilize ERP systems or accounting software such as PEAK, SAP, Dynamics 365, as well as other technologies to enhance work efficiency.
10.) Expert in managing inventory costs and profit analysis.
11.) Possess expertise in accounting standards such as IFRS or TFRS (having a CPA will be considered a plus).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Male or female age 35 years or older.
2.) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
3.) At least 5 years of experience in accounting and at least 3 years of managerial experience.
4.) Honest, detail-oriented, thorough, and highly responsible.
5.) Able to close tax and management accounts, and conduct investment analysis.
6.) Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team.
7.) Able to work under pressure.
8.) English Lower intermediate to intermediate level (use for email communicate with external only)
9.) Mature, with problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and a service-oriented mindset.
10.) At least 5 years of experience in closing financial statements for large companies or those with complex accounting systems.
11.) Experience in the retail business (considered a plus).
