Product: Corporate Travel Service (Tickets & Hotel Packages); Organizing and managing business travel, helping companies make the most of what they spend on business travel

Direct Report to Thai Director
Work from home policy

Main Responsibility: Contact and liaise with multi-national customers.

1. Act as point of contact point for clients (Online support, e-mails & phone calls 90%) , Visit customers occasionally (upon request, 10%)
2. Make good understanding of the business policies and relationship with the customers.
3. Implement the policies and process for the new customers.
4. Receive and handle complaints from the customers and discuss within the team to find out proper solutions.
5. Prepare standard monthly reports for the customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male or Female. Age between 28-38 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 3 years as sales in travel industry with experience supporting corporate clients.
4. Upper Intermediate level of English.
5. Willing to standby 24 hours for emergency case. (Not often)
