1. Responsible for online key channels’ sales operations and plans
2. Responsible for product management and internal and external resources coordination
3. Responsible for increasing channels traffics, conversion rate, and basket size
4. Take effective measures by tracking the market and competitor’s actions
5. Responsible for regular always-on promotions and online big events as well as brand’s new product launch

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 3 years’ work experience in online sales (E-Commerce)
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Lazada, Shopee and other analytics tools.
4. Business Chinese proficiency
5. Fast learner and executor with creative and imaginative ideas, accountable and proactive, capable of working under high pressures Target company
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Proficient at EXCEL and PowerPoint
