JOB DETAIL
1.Submit for import shipment and, submit vendor report and transfer to supplier.
2.Coordinate with forwarder and support document for customer clearance.
3.Control stock balance of BOI master list and limit to the stock.
4.Receive purchase shipment in system
5.Receive and transfer goods in transit shipment in systems
6.Support to advise BOI process to staff.
7.Coordinate with BOI officer for all concern regulations
8.Submit import extension and submit income to BOI office. (Business trip)
9.Other specific assignment related to BOI or ITC project
10.Submit TISI NSW to TISI system
11.Check export entry for shipment about BOI.
12.Control import shipment custom clearance process until delivery to SWS-T warehouse.
13.You will be responsible for managing BOI operations for all SWS-T departments.
14. Others as assigned by superior.
Sales duties
- Quotation / Delivery / Order control / Stock control
- Monthly sales forecast / Actual report
- To calculate price correctly to meet the due date and explain to customer as assign
under supervisor
- To provide a support various internal and/or external such as quotation, breakdown,
and gap analysis.
- Prepare documents participate in various internal and external meeting, create
meeting minutes and report to concerned parties.
- To coordinate with concerned parties to response to customer’s requests.
- To maintain good relationship between customers and factory.
- To collect various data, information, and report to concerned parties.
- To follow company’s rules and understand act according to division, team and
individual targets which related to management’s vision and policy.
- Input data on Dynamic 365 Business Central
- Issue PO / Invoice / Billing
- Control order and delivery to customers.
- Others as assigned by superior.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 32-38 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 5 years experience in BOI, Sales/Sales Coordinator, Import-Export for automotive and office automation field.
- Knowledge of Logistic, export-import
- Microsoft Office (word/excel, Outlook, Power point, Office 365, etc.)
- Good command of English
