Scope of work:
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance in Sub-committee Meetings, Sustainable Development processes, Corporate Governance practices, and providing support for overall business growth, while also managing all assigned tasks related to compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance:
• Develop and implement Good Corporate Governance policies via sub-committees.
• Supervise company and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Plan, control, and disclose information in accordance with public company requirements.
Sustainability Development:
• Formulate and implement sustainability policies and targets.
• Support sustainability operations in relevant departments.
• Alert executives and stakeholders on sustainable development.
• Coordinate workshops and stakeholder surveys for long-term action plans.
• Report on ESG progress, compile sustainability performance, and publish annual reports.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and business-related rules.
Communication and Advice:
• Communicate and provide advice to directors, executives, and employees on legal compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging laws and regulations, amending company policies accordingly.
• Disseminate information on sustainability development through various channels.
• Drive departments towards sustainable development goals, promoting knowledge and cooperation.
Coordination and Reporting:
• Coordinate with relevant agencies.
• Collect supporting documents and respond to Sustainable Stock Assessment annually.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledgeable in Sustainable Development, and Corporate Governance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sustainable Development, and/or Corporate Governance
related roles.
- Excellent communication, computer literacy, and coordination skills, with a strong
command of English (TOEIC > 650)
