JOB DETAIL

- Develop a distinctive and prominent advertising strategy, including the ability to provide strategic advice to customers in both marketing and competitive situations.
- Manage the overall branding of the car project, including promoting the brand and car models, employing a mixed marketing strategy that integrates offline and online media, digital marketing, and social media.
- Lead a team to analyze customer needs, survey market data to plan each stage, coordinate with relevant departments to achieve the brand's marketing objectives according to the plan.
- Lead the team to achieve monthly and yearly marketing plans (offline and online media) as proposed.
- Control the main strategic direction and the quality of work to be disseminated, ensuring successful communication of strategic messages and reporting results to customers comprehensively.
- Manage team operations and achieve annual goals, understanding and responding well to customer needs, leading the team to develop and create annual marketing plans for new products and projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Proficient in communicating in English or Chinese at an advanced level, holding a bachelor's degree in advertising, sales, or marketing.
- Over 10 years of experience working in advertising agencies, preferably in a 4A-sized company or public relations agency. Possess more than 3 years of experience in managing automotive brand clients.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with the automotive industry in Thailand, including marketing, competition, and understanding the needs of customers and end-users.
- Experience in strategic planning and integrated marketing communication (IMC), including team management in the strategic department.
- Comprehensive skills in strategy and marketing, covering:
- Marketing strategy skills and post-operational communication strategy skills.
- Expertise in tools and resources (media/social media/platform/Big Data).
- Expertise in advertising and brand understanding, systematic strategy skills, and excellent article writing skills.
- Knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects of marketing.
- Positive attitude towards work, self-driven with the ability to create motivation, and efficiently innovative under pressure. A good leader with effective team management techniques.
