• Conduct research to identify new technologies, materials, and processes relevant to the company's goals and objectives. Analyze existing products and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new products, features, or processes. Create prototypes and proof-of-concept models to test feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and the maintenance team to develop detailed product specifications. Use engineering principles to design and develop prototypes or products.
• Plan and conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of new products or processes. Analyze test data and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of research and development activities, including design specifications, test results, and project timelines.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of new technologies and processes and make recommendations for cost reduction or optimization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• 28 – 40, Gender not specified, Nationality not specified
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (ME/IE/CE and textile engineering-related field)
• Bilingual at least. (English/Thai/Chinese…etc.)
• > 3 years experience in a position equivalent to process/project/R&D engineer or specialist, and or production supervisor, preferably in a textile-related field. (especially nonwovens fabrics or any other fabric manufacturing industry)
• Expert knowledge in production, machine, maintenance or related fundamentals
• Expert MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Mail)
• Have driving License A/C
• Able to present a previous successful project as an example or achievement.
• Good Personality, Self starter, and multi-tasking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with good Adaptability
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions and ideas.
• Attention to Details: Thoroughness in documentation and attention to detail in design and testing.
