- Control the production process used in production to meet standards according to the quality manual, Work Instruction (WI), quality system and environment.
- Carry out solutions to various problems. including production quality, cost, resource use, environment, etc.
- Control chemical costs, labor costs, and other expenses. along with finding ways to reduce costs.
- Certify the conditions used in production. Record the conditions used in production and the results of various experiments. both internally and externally (Outsource) that are under responsibility.
- Promote, support and participate in the quality system (TS16949), environmental system (ISO14001) and in all activities organized by the company such as 5S., QCC, CCCF, KYT, mindfulness project, safety, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, age 33-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other fields
- Good command of English for both reading Speaking and writing (Report to Japanese boss)
- Experience over 5 years in Zn. plating engineer.
- Knowledge in IATF 16949.
- This position will plating steel, if candidate has experience in plating plastic or electronic can apply.
