Position: Legal counsel (Senior/Manager Level)
Division: Legal Division

1. Responsible for supporting legal and compliance matters of company with professional knowledge and experience, such as giving proper and practical legal solution to management, business and corporate divisions as well as group companies
2. Responsible for supporting corporate secretarial works, such as Shareholders’ meeting and Board of Directors’ meeting and the relevant company registration
3. Lead team members of 4-5 staffs.
4. Independently provide proper legal solution to management, business and corporate divisions as well as group companies.
5. Promote company’s compliance program with guidelines.
6. Handle compliance issues with the supervision of general Manager (GM)
7. Plan and lead legal and compliance seminars.
8. Manage corporate secretarial works, such as shareholders’ meetings and board of directors’ meetings and the relevant company registration.
9. Review and update company internal regulations from time to time by following up on the enforcement or amendment of relevant laws and regulations with the discussion with team members and other corporate divisions.
10. Responmsibel for enhancement of legal knowledge of internal staffs, representative office and group companies via seminars, newsletters, or any other means.
11. Provide proper instruction to team members and lead the members in Legal Division.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 30-37 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Law with lawyer license.
3. At least 8 years of work experience as In-house Legal Counsel Officer or related position from corporate or law firm.
4. Skilled and experienced in Commercial Contract Drafting & Reviewing from corporate or law firm.
5. Required TOEIC score 900 or higher (If able to communicate in Japanese in an advantage).
