JOB DETAIL

[Job Description]
-You will be assigned as an internal IT support desk staff in Thailand
-Your report line will be Japanese IT managers in Vietnam and Malaysia
-Install and configure IT devices' hardware, software, with arranging network
-Providing IT technical support & handle all IT related matters
-Responding in a timely manner to handle issues and requests
-Address cyber-security issue
-Investigating the root cause of the accident and make improvements
-On-site attendance with vendor in the event of a failure at the store
IT device Supplier Management
-Estimate ,Order,Acceptance about all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network etc)
-Monitoring IT vendors' implementation work and managing the schedule
-Negotiating with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service
-Setting any IT devices in each site such as store, office, etc.
-Supporting GA tasks
-Various tasks such as notification to tax authorities
-Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements(Must)]
-Must be able to speak Business level of English
-Must be able to speak Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
-Must have at least 3 years of Internal IT support experience
-Must have basic knowledge about PC / Printer
-Must have knowledge about network (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred)
-Must have Bachelor's degree in IT related majors

-IT certification
-Experience in troubleshooting for network for more than 1 year or, basic knowledge about network (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred)
-Driver's license
