JOB DETAIL

• Conduct compliance risk assessment and ensure business process and internal activities are complied with relevant regulations.
• Coordinating with related parties to develop and establish Compliance Control & Monitoring tools and other Compliance & Control improvement scheme.
• Provide advisory on regulatory compliance issues supporting business operation.
• Evaluation of the performance of various committees / shareholder satisfaction.
• Reports of shareholder meeting resolutions and the publication of the meeting invitation letter.
• Shareholder meeting.
• Supervise the company and its subsidiaries in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor degree or above in Law, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge/experience in legal and compliance, internal control, and relates to financial business is an advantage.
• Have experience in directing and overseeing operations and ongoing knowledge of regulatory compliance. Declaration of the administrator's control over listed company controls or the experience of the financial advisor.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550 up)
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, Power point or related programs)
• Positive attitude.
