[Job Description]
・You will be managing both HRGA division
・You will be in charge for both HRM and HRD but especially HRD role is very important for this position
・Reviewing and doing restructuring company regulation/HR system/Salary structure/ and any other kind of important rule and policy of company
・Reporting Japanese Director
・One of the important task for you is to find problems/issues related to HRGA structure of company and find solutions and propose your solutions to top-management
・Rebuilding up the internal environment (HR Division and whole company)
・Training of junior HR/GA members
・Overall HR/GA tasks (Including Recruiting, administration, monitoring employees, HR budgeting, payroll, etc...)
・Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Strong HRD Experience (*You must be able to find out problems on company rules/regulations/HR by yourself, and must be able to propose solutions to top management)
- Must have experience in KAIZEN/Restructuring company rules
- Strong payroll experience
- Strong HR planning experience
- Good command in English (Must be business level)
- Over 10 years of experience in HRD and HRM as a manager level up
- Must be able to build good relationship with junior staffs as well as senior staffs
- Logical thinking skill
