Report directly to Senior Contract Manager (Thai Nationality)

Job Purpose:
วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน:
- Supervise operations in the warehouse to ensure quality and effectiveness according to the KPIs of the warehouse. - Improve work procedures within the warehouse and control various expenses in accordance with the annual budget
กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานในคลังสินค้าให้มีคุณภาพ และประสิทธิผลตามระดับ KPI ของคลังสินค้า ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงานภายในคลังสินค้า และควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณประจำปี

KPIs Indicator:
หน้าที่หลัก/กิจกรรมหลัก:
- Contribute in developing key performance measurement
- Ensure KPIs are met.
- Initiate new improvement proposal at least 2 projects per year and supervise operation to deliver 4 Kaizens in a year
- Ensure operation procedures are documented and controlled
- Develop staff training plan and ensure the plan is achieved
- Ensure that DC (Distribution Center) routine reports are in good format ready for further analysis and making decision
- Ensure that number of accident in the warehouse/work place is zero.

- ดำเนินการริเริ่มการปรับปรุงงาน เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วหรือลดค่าใช้จ่ายในคลังสินค้า
- พัฒนาทีมงานให้ยกระดับความสามารถเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการเติบโตของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานเมื่อมีโครงการใหม่ๆเกิดขึ้นในบริษัท
- สนับสนุนการทำงานต่างๆในคลังสินค้าตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชากำหนด
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยของพนักงานในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน ไม่ให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุในพื้นที่ทำงาน

Major Challenge:
ความยากของงาน/ความเสี่ยง/ข้อควรระวัง:
- Reduce clients' complaint.
- Increase clients' satisfaction level.
- ลดข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- เพิ่มประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า (Customer Experience)

Financial Responsibilities/Authorization:
อำนาจดำเนินการ
- Corrective actions to customer complaint
- New projects/changes from Sales or branches

Working Relationship:
การทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่น:
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations Team to follow up their daily assignments/tasks.
- ติดตามความเรียบร้อยในการทำงานในแต่ละวัน
- Report regularly to Senior Contract Manager to update the situation and solve problems as needed.
- อัพเดทสถานะงานต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และการแก้ปัญหาเรื่องต่าง ๆ ตามเหมาะสม

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age 30-43 years old.
2. Prefer bachelor's degree in logistics related field.
3. At least 3 years of work experience in warehouse management with WMS system.
4. Required experience applying LEAN & KAIZEN methods.
5. Intermediate Level of English
6. Able to work on Saturdays.
