2 years contract position - negotiable to discuss contract renewal after 2-year completion.

・Provide consulting service with Japanese companies.
・In charge of legal consulting and legal check of M&A's whole process.
・Legal check of M&A advisory.
・Executing legal consulting of making new funds and cross border investment.
・Making each contracts for the deal according to legal regulation.
・Legal marketing analysis about M&A.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Experienced person in the M&A, financial or investment field.
・Graduate from university with GPA 3.2 or higher.
・Having legal consultant for M&A experience for 3-5 years.
・Having M&A project experience is preferred.
・Passionate in career in finance or M&A advisory field.
・Major in law or other related field.
・Business level of English.
・Candidates who can commute to office within an hour.
・Bright, and open-mind person who can communicate with teams well.
・Japanese and Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
