- Plan, analyze, present, and monitor the progress of new product development, specifically for new businesses, new sales channels, and new customer groups.
- Look for opportunities in new business ventures and new investment avenues, and analyze their feasibility to improve organizational development.
- Listen and set business goals in collaboration with the management team to define the business direction together.
- Gather information from reliable sources, and plan market research for target markets to gain insight into investment possibilities.
- Create operation and strategic plans to ensure that operations can be carried out within the specified timeline.
- Implement, and monitor action plans, and assess whether they adhere to the set timeline and goals, summarizing the progress of operations.
- Prepare contracts and request contract extensions, control and prepare documents related to the building.
- Search for new buildings, and conduct surveys of various building information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, market analysis, or market research.
- Proven experience in property business development or real estate is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Effective communication in English, with good reading and writing skills.
- Demonstrates responsibility, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to solve specific problems effectively.
- Owns a car for personal transportation is (MUST)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (Must)
- Ability to work effectively in a mixed-culture environment (Must)
