JOB DETAIL

- Will be responsible to oversee customer service team (*New Department) with Manager
- Reporting to Japanese GM and MD
- Implementing strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and developing account relationships
- Handling enquiries from customers
- Cooperating with other departments such as sales and operation team to follow up shipping process
- Other tasks assigned by top management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- English Nearly Upper Intermediate
- Good analytical skills
- Having working experience as a customer service in any field for more than 10 years (*Preferred customer service experience in logistics industries but not necessary)
- Must have manager experience in customer service field and must have high strategic thinking and leadership skill
- Possess good communication skills.
- Able to interact effectively with customers.
